GuardianLine™
GuardianLine™ is a bold frontline initiative committed to transforming communities through prevention, intervention, and post-crisis healing. Designed to disrupt cycles of violence and restore safety, GuardianLine™ responds swiftly to high-risk situations while offering long-term support for individuals and neighborhoods in distress. By integrating strategic crime intervention with Crisis Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), the program delivers more than just rapid response—it provides trauma-informed care and mentorship that empowers communities to heal, rebuild trust, and move forward with resilience.
CISD is a proven, structured approach that helps individuals process the emotional and psychological impact of traumatic events. Delivered in a group setting shortly after an incident occurs, CISD creates a safe environment where participants can express their emotions, reflect on their experiences, and access support. This early intervention aims to reduce the risk of long-term mental health challenges like PTSD, while fostering emotional resilience and community cohesion.
At the heart of GuardianLine™ is our partnership with We Are One Charlotte aka Boots to the Ground, a powerful force of lived-experience leaders—individuals who were once gang members, justice-involved, homeless, or battling addiction, and who have courageously transformed their lives. These credible messengers serve not only as crisis responders, but as mentors, advocates, and beacons of hope in Charlotte’s most vulnerable neighborhoods. They are consistently present—often arriving at crime scenes before the tape comes down—bringing compassion, conflict resolution, and trusted relationships that law enforcement alone cannot provide.
Together, the fusion of CISD, strategic intervention, and grassroots mentorship creates a unique, holistic model for community transformation. GuardianLine™ doesn’t just respond to crime—it rebuilds lives, restores dignity, and reignites hope in places where it’s needed most.
All programs have the following service modules - Empowering justice-impacted individuals for life beyond the system. Program sponsors have the option to add and remove modules as desired.
Armed for Success™
Armed for Success™ is a comprehensive reintegration program designed to support veterans and transitioning service members as they navigate civilian life. Recognizing that the return to civilian society presents unique challenges, the program provides a structured, supportive pathway that bridges military experience with meaningful career opportunities, personal development, and community connection. Participants receive tailored assistance in areas such as job readiness, entrepreneurship, mental and behavioral health, financial literacy, and life skills—all grounded in a deep respect for the discipline and leadership cultivated during military service.
What sets Armed for Success™ apart is its holistic approach. The program not only prepares veterans for employment in high-demand sectors such as healthcare, construction, technology, and business, but also fosters purpose, confidence, and community through mentorship and peer support. By aligning personal strengths with career goals and offering ongoing guidance, Armed for Success empowers veterans to thrive—not just transition. It’s more than reintegration—it’s a launchpad to lasting success and a life of impact beyond the uniform!
Beyond A Second Chance™
Beyond A Second Chance™ We deeply understand that every individual possesses unique needs, capabilities, and aspirations. Our program stands as one of the nation's most comprehensive reentry initiatives, crafted to support individuals at every stage of their journey. We offer an extensive range of pre-release and post-release services. Our holistic approach encompasses comprehensive access to behavioral and medical health care, peer support, counseling, education, training, and employment opportunities, along with wrap-around services designed to nurture personal, family, and community growth, resilience, and sustainability.
A Net of Safety™
A Net of Safety™ is a transformative support and training program designed to equip foster care youth with the tools, skills, and support systems they need to achieve long-term sustainability as they transition into adulthood. Recognizing the critical window between ages 16 and 18, the program begins by enrolling youth at age 16 and provides a structured two-year pathway that prepares them for life beyond the foster care system.
Each participant is assessed by a licensed mental health counselor upon entry to identify any emotional or behavioral health needs. Based on this assessment, customized counseling and support services are provided to ensure that mental wellness becomes a foundational part of their development journey. Alongside therapeutic support, youth engage in structured training tracks focused on career readiness, life skills, and soft skills development—including communication, time management, financial literacy, and conflict resolution.
Throughout the two years, participants are matched with mentors and receive hands-on guidance to explore and train in a career pathway that aligns with their interests and aptitudes. Industries such as healthcare, construction, technology, business, and entrepreneurship are explored through certifications, internships, and job shadowing opportunities.
The ultimate goal of A Net of Safety™ is to ensure that by age 18, each participant is not only ready to live independently but is empowered with the emotional stability, practical skills, and vocational training necessary to thrive. This program creates more than a safety net—it builds a launchpad to personal success, economic mobility, and lifelong resilience.
The Straight Path Forward™
The Straight Path Forward™ is a comprehensive intervention and empowerment program designed to redirect justice-impacted youth toward positive, purpose-driven futures. Rooted in the belief that every young person deserves a second chance—and the tools to make it count—this initiative focuses on keeping youth in school, out of trouble, and on a path of self-discovery and growth.
Through a holistic and trauma-informed approach, participants receive access to a full range of services, including life and soft skills training, mental and behavioral health assessments, job readiness support, career exploration, and mentorship. Whether learning how to manage conflict, build emotional resilience, or prepare for a meaningful career, youth are surrounded by encouragement, structure, and opportunity at every step.
What sets The Straight Path Forward™ apart is its emphasis on family engagement and community connection. Families are not bystanders—they are strategic partners in the youth’s journey. Through family counseling, regular communication, and collaborative goal-setting, the program strengthens the home environment and builds a united support system.
Additionally, each participant will take part in a community service project—an integral component that fosters civic pride, builds social capital, and introduces youth to local organizations and neighbors. This visibility and connection to the broader community serve as a powerful deterrent to criminal activity and offer a sense of belonging that many justice-impacted youth have never experienced.

The modern church stands at a pivotal crossroads. While the world around us has evolved, in many ways the church has remained unchanged—anchored in tradition, but often adrift in impact. Sanctuaries that once echoed with vibrant voices of worship now sit increasingly quiet. Attendance is dwindling. Donations are declining. Ministries that once thrived now struggle to sustain basic operations. The financial infrastructure that supported churches in the past is no longer enough to carry them into the future.
It is within this context that Agents of Grace™ emerge—not as critics, but as courageous visionaries and innovators. These men and women recognize that renewal is not betrayal of tradition but an act of stewardship. They embark on a sacred quest to discover new, Spirit-led pathways to fulfill the church’s enduring mission. Their goal: to reimagine ministry in ways that infuse it with passion, relevance, and sustainability.
