MSI Global Campus offers four core areas of focus: community initiatives, adult and youth training programs, and the future development of an Entrepreneur Innovation Hub. All curriculum is delivered through four integrated tracks—hard skills, soft skills, life skills, and community service engagement.
Xgnitors
Xgnitors, our youth program, teaches the entrepreneurial and life skills techniques that enable youth to build a successful life and create generational legacies. The training curriculum offers a comprehensive suite of programs designed to empower young people with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed for lifelong success. It includes a myriad of programs that are getting a lot of attention! The curriculum has components of workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital literacy, leadership development, and more. Each program is intentionally designed to foster confidence, discipline, and critical thinking through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world application. We prioritize experiential learning, combining classroom instruction with fieldwork, internships, and community engagement to ensure that youth are prepared not only to enter the job market but to thrive as innovators, change agents, and future leaders.

NextPath Academy
Our adult workforce development and training programs are designed to provide individuals with the tools, certifications, and support needed to secure meaningful employment and pursue sustainable careers. We offer specialized tracks in high-demand industries including entrepreneurship, healthcare, technology, and construction—each program combining technical instruction with hands-on training to ensure job readiness. Beyond vocational skills, our holistic approach integrates wraparound services such as mental and behavioral health support, life skills development, financial literacy, and career coaching. These services are critical in helping adults overcome barriers to employment, build confidence, and maintain long-term success in the workforce. Whether individuals are seeking to re-enter the job market, transition careers, or launch their own businesses, our programs equip them with the resources, mentorship, and support network to thrive.
MasterPath
MasterPath Construction Academy
Our community initiatives are transformative, AI-powered efforts that address the root causes of social and economic disparities through a holistic, data-informed, and community-driven approach. Central to this work is The Collaborative—a robust alliance of over 40 cross-sector partners specializing in workforce development, mental and behavioral health, education, housing, entrepreneurship, and more. Leveraging the power of artificial intelligence, we analyze real-time data to identify service gaps, predict community needs, and tailor interventions for maximum impact. These initatives integrate these insights with 'Boots to the Ground' (i.e., crime prevention and intervention) engagements and wraparound services to empower individuals and strengthen entire communities. Our initiatives deliver measurable, long-term value by creating systems that support generational change—equipping people with the tools to heal, thrive, and lead sustainable lives rooted in economic stability, well-being, and opportunity.

The Entrepreneur Innovation Hub is our vision of a dynamic space designed to cultivate emerging business leaders by providing access to resources, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities. It serves as an incubator for innovation, empowering individuals to develop, launch, and scale sustainable businesses that drive local economic growth. Through a supportive ecosystem of experienced professionals, targeted training, and strategic partnerships, the Hub accelerates entrepreneurship, fosters creativity, and builds pathways to long-term financial independence and community impact.
