Adrian T. Marable is a visionary leader, accomplished entrepreneur, and dedicated advocate for community and business growth. With a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Old Dominion University and an MBA with a finance concentration from Queens University, Adrian has built a multifaceted career spanning financial services, engineering, and IT. He holds over 10 certifications in process improvement, technology, strategy, leadership, and team culture, reflecting his relentless commitment to excellence and innovation.

Adrian’s corporate journey includes transformative roles at New York Life, the Department of Defense, Ingersoll Rand, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, and Bank of America. In these positions, he has driven organizational transformations, spearheaded business process improvements, and delivered world-class software tools, consistently demonstrating his ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate with executives to achieve strategic goals.

As a serial entrepreneur, Adrian founded Colarity, a consulting firm specializing in operations, technology, and business brokerage. Through Colarity, he helps businesses optimize efficiency, scale operations, and maximize portfolio value, often serving as a fractional CIO for select small businesses and nonprofits. He is also the co-owner of Silver Shield Security and founder of Groopwork, a technology company that builds online communities for niche markets. His entrepreneurial expertise is further captured in his book, After the Pitch: How to Think Like an Investor and Gain the Startup Funding You Deserve, which equips founders with invaluable insights to secure funding and scale their ventures.

Adrian’s passion for empowering underserved communities and entrepreneurs is evident in his extensive volunteer work and leadership. He chairs Kings Growing Kings, an organization teaching STEAM concepts to underserved Black boys through sports, and serves on the Flywheel Advisory Council, where he helps shape programs for entrepreneurs in North Carolina. Adrian is also a board member of the Black Wall Street Forward Initiative, continuing the legacy of economic empowerment in underserved communities.

In 2019, Adrian received the prestigious David Brady Award from Bank of America for his dedication to clients, community, and service—an honor that underscores his ethos of giving back and uplifting others. Additionally, as a member of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Council at Queens University, Adrian supports the growth of entrepreneurship in North Carolina through education, celebration, and strategic initiatives.
